Plum Soul Studio is hosting its first annual Holiday Plan and Shop on December 16th from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, and we’d love for you to be a vendor.
This is an intimate affair with 40 attendees that are a part of the planner community. The event is being promoted as a time to have fun and shop! There will only be 5 vendors at this event.
THE PARTICULARS:
Vendor Fee: The vendor fee is $35 and one item of your choosing to be used as a giveaway.
Date: Saturday, December 16th, 2023 3:0 pm – 6:00 pm ET
Location: 3800 Enfield Chase Court, Bowie, MD in the community room.
Set-up & Breakdown: You can set up as early as 1:30 pm and your booth must be ready by 2:45 pm. You can break down no sooner than 6:00 pm. Some attendees will stay longer and you’re free to do so as well.
Space: Your space will be assigned to you. You will need to bring your own table and we’ll provide chairs. All vendors will be in the room with the attendees.
Electricity: At this time electricity isn’t available, but we are trying to work out a solution.
Marketing: Marketing for the event has already begun on social media and in our email marketing. We will highlight each vendor on social media and in our email marketing. We encourage every vendor to promote their participation at the event as well.
Swag: We’d love for you to contribute to our sway bags. We would need 40 items mailed, shipped or dropped off to us by December 2, 2023.
If you’re ready to join us, please complete the vendor application (click here) and an invoice will be sent. Your space isn’t confirmed until your invoice is paid. There are only 5 spaces available, so act fast.
